ROMERO FAMILY CROCK-POT CHICKEN
& VEGGIES
 
My whole family loves this meal even the kids and it's so easy.

3 to 6 split chicken breasts (2 to 4 whole breasts)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
about 1/2 cup fresh carrots, sliced (or 1 cup whole baby carrots)
about 1/2 cup sliced celery
1 can corn
1 can green beans
water to fill Crock-Pot
salt and pepper, to taste
cooked white rice (rice cookers are great)

Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Stir a little, cook on high.

This is great to put on in morning and dinner is half way done when you get home or all done if you have rice made.

You can thicken with cornstarch if you like: 2 teaspoons cornstarch, mix in some cold water to get out lumps add to hot ingredients in Crock-Pot.
