SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 stick butter
5 c. cornbread (baked)
3 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk

Saute the onions, celery, green pepper in the butter. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes or until lightly brown.
