CREAM CHEESE FRUIT PIE 
18 oz. pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar slice 'n bake cookies
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits in season
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water

Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8 inch thick. Line 14 inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread mixture over cookie crust. Decorate cream cheese layer with sliced assorted fruits in season. (Strawberries, grapes, peaches, lemon, apples, oranges, etc.). Glaze with combined marmalade and water. Chill. Cut in wedges to serve. 10-12 servings.
