SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 lb. jumbo shrimp
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Shell and clean shrimp. Sauté shrimp in butter with onion and garlic about 5 minutes; turn shrimp once. Put shrimp in serving dish; set aside. Add seasonings and lemon juice to skillet and heat. Pour over shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
