STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. strawberries, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sherry
2 c. cream - whipped

Dissolve Jello, add lemon juice, sugar, salt and sherry. Chill until consistency of egg whites. Fold in cream and chill.
