STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. strawberries, washed, hulled & crushed

Whip cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and salt slowly beating constantly. Beat until stiff. Fold in strawberries. Pour into 2 quart mold. Freeze until firm. To serve: Unmold onto a serving plate. Enjoy.
