ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
Chopped onion
10-12 oz. tortilla chips
Grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 soup can water

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet and set aside. In large saucepan, combine soups, milk, chilies, and water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add chips and the meat. Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
