SPECIAL SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3-4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn oil
4 lbs. ground chuck
1-2 chopped onions
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. sugar

Put everything into a large pot. Crumble the raw meat into the sauce. Do not brown the meat first. Cook uncovered for 3 hours. Stir from time to time.
