COCONUT CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
1 box coconut pudding (kind you cook)
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. water

TOPPING:

1 c. milk
1 box instant coconut pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Mix topping when cake is cooled and either spread it on cake or spoon it on after it is served.
