SWEDISH CINNAMON COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (save egg white)

Put flour into bowl and add rest or ingredients. Blend with pastry blender. Work into smooth dough with hands. Form into 2 rolls (10" long, 1 1/2" in diameter). Brush rolls with beaten egg white and dip in a mixture of 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar. Cut rolls diagonally into 1/4" slices. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
