DIET CINNAMON COOKIES | |
3/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. butter 3 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder 6 tsp. Sucaryl Solution (or other artificial sweetener) 2 tbsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. milk, fruit juice or coffee 3 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter. Blend in flour and baking powder. Add artificial sweetener, vanilla and liquid (milk, juice or coffee). Mix well. Sprinkle cinnamon over dough and knead. Dough will have streaked appearance. Shape dough into balls, about 1/2-inch, and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until edges are brown. |
