SUPER SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2-3/4 c. sour cream
Dash pepper
1 c. (or more) grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. thinly sliced preboiled & peeled potatoes
1 sliced onion
Paprika & parsley
Butter pats

Blend soup and sour cream. Add pepper and Cheddar cheese. Put in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole by alternating layers of potatoes, onions and cheese soup mixture. Dot top with butter, paprika and parsley. Cover, bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
