CHARCOAL BROILED MARINATED
SHRIMP
 
MARINADE:

2/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. very dry sherry
2/3 c. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
1 tsp. each dried dill, basil and oregano
1 tsp. sq. ginger root, sliced thin

Marinade shelled and deveined shrimp, 3 to 4 hours refrigerated. Shrimp may be skewered with following items (or broiled alone) :

Pineapple chunks
Bell pepper (green/red) slices
Onion sections
Mushrooms

Cook over coals for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once.
