CREOLE MARINATED SHRIMP 
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. creole mustard
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. paprika
2 lb. shrimp, cooked

In a glass or plastic container, blend vinegar, oil, mustard, onion, garlic, chili sauce, salt and paprika. Add shrimp. Marinate, covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
