1 can condensed milk, Eagle Brand
1 stick butter
4 c. sugar
1 bag Nestle's chocolate semi-sweet chips
1 jar marshmallow creme

In large pan melt butter; add milk and sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Continue boiling for at least 5 minutes (to a soft ball stage). Immediately add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan and cool. Cut into small squares after completely cooled.
