CHICKEN ALA KING 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
1 green pepper
1 pimiento
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. chicken stock or milk
1 c. evaporated milk
4 tsp. sherry
Salt and pepper
Electric fry pan

Melt the butter, add peppers and mushrooms and saute to light yellow. Lift out. Blend flour with seasoned butter. Turn off heat for this step. Then add the chicken stock and cool until thickened. Add the chicken. Turn on heat and when hot add evaporated milk combined with beaten egg yolks. Then add mushrooms, pepper, pimiento. Turn off heat, add sherry and serve over toast, rice or biscuits.
