BAR-B-Q RIBS 
Bake country style spareribs (8-10) 1 1/2 hours in covered baking pan, 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 c. drippings
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. BBQ seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 sm. onion, chopped

Simmer sauce 15 minutes. Pour over ribs. Bake additional hour.

For extra tender meat, refrigerate or freeze and reheat for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
