BAR-B-Q SHORT RIBS 
3 to 4 lb. lean ribs
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard

Brown ribs, drain. Mix all of the other ingredients together. Pour over ribs and cover. Simmer in oven for 2 hours. Turn ribs occasionally.
