CHILI TO ORDER | |
1 lb. meat (your choice) 2 cans condensed soup (your choice) 1 (15 oz.) can vegetables (your choice) 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped green pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. vinegar In a 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, cook meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat. Stir in soup, vegetables and its liquid, chili powder, and vinegar. Heat to boiling. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings. Makes about 6 1/2 cups. |
