CINCINNATI CHILI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped or sliced
2 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, washed & drained

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Cook until done. Set aside.

Brown meat and then add onion, pepper and mushrooms to it. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add beans and heat through. Serve over spaghetti. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
