CHINESE TUNA SALAD 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 c. chow mein noodles

Drain tuna, break into pieces. Add cooked and cooled peas, celery and onions to tuna. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic salt and soy sauce. Add to the tuna mixture. Chill. At serving time, lightly stir in almonds and noodles.
