CHINESE TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 can tuna, broken into sm. chunks 3 oz. can chow mein noodles 1 c. thin sliced celery 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. chicken broth or water 1/2 c. whole salted cashew nuts 1/4 c. minced onion Salt & pepper In saucepan put the soup, milk or broth, 1 cup noodles, the celery, cashews, onion and salt and pepper. Heat and stir in the tuna. Pour into a quart casserole and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle the remaining noodles on top and bake 5 minutes more. Serves 4. |
