APPLE CRISP 
4-6 med. apples
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
Chopped pecan halves

Cut apples into 9x9 inch pan. Mix dry ingredients together.

CRISP: Slight beat egg and stir into dry mixture. it will be lumpy. Sprinkle egg mixture over apples. Pour melted butter over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecan halves.
