OLD FASHIONED PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
2/3 c. pecans
Scant 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Spread pecans in 9 inch pie shell. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar; mix. Add salt and vanilla; mix. Add melted butter and syrup and blend well. Pour in pie shell. Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
