1 pkg. cake mix
4 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1 c. water

FOR ICING: Grind pecans and raisins. Cook sugar and water until it forms a ball in cold water. Beat egg whites. Mix sugar in egg whites after it forms a ball; then mix in ground pecans and raisins together with egg whites and sugar. Put icing on cake layers.
