JAMBOLI AISLINN 
1 lb. slab bacon
2 lg. onions
3 lbs. sweet sausage
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
3 c. long grain rice
1 c. green onion
4 stalks celery
1 tsp. garlic
1 bell pepper
2 jalapeno
2 tbsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. Lee & Perrins
4-5 c. water

In large pot fry bacon; take out. Fry onions in fat until browned. Add sausage and bacon 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes. Add vegetables left and cook 5 more minutes. Finally add Lea and Perrins, hot sauce, water and rice. Steam everything as in cooking rice. Ready when rice is done.
