“SHERRY'S SPICED-RUBBED ROAST CHICKEN.” IS IN:

SHERRY'S SPICED-RUBBED ROAST
CHICKEN.
 
2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. ground chipotle chile powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, legs, breasts, drumsticks
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, chipotle, chile, cumin, salt, and garlic powder. Rub chicken pieces with spice mix.

Roast about 40 minutes, or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with parsley.
