SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated mild American cheese
1 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
