SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 to 2 lb. squash 1 sm. onion 1/3 stick butter 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 1/2 pack saltines or Ritz crackers 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Cook squash and onion until tender then drain. Add butter, stir until melted. Add egg and milk and stir. Mix in cheese and crackers. Put into baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
