PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 6-8 eggs 1 lg. can pumpkin 2 cans evaporated milk Pour into your favorite pie shell (unbaked). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Yield: 2 (9") pies. |
