HARVEST POTATO BOWL 
8 med. white potatoes and sweet potatoes each pared and quartered
1 stick butter (8 tbsp.)
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. firm packed brown sugar

Cook white and sweet potatoes in small amounts of boiling salted water in separate large saucepan until tender (about 25 minutes). Drain thoroughly. Mash white potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt until fluffy, cover. Keep hot. Mash sweet potatoes; beat in other 4 tablespoons butter, orange juice, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until fluffy.

Cover; keep hot when ready to serve, spoon white potatoes around edge of heated serving bowl; pile sweet potatoes in center. Garnish with a few orange sections heated in honey in small frying pan if you wish.
