COLD HARVEST POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, diced

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cornflakes and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
