HARVEST POTATOES 
32 oz. pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, diced

Mix all together and put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Put on top of potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. You may want to cover this.
