HARVEST POTATOES DISH 
Grease large pan and add:

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, diced

TOPPING:

2 c. cheezie crackers, crushed fine
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together and sprinkle on top. Cook 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Makes a big serving. It's real good.
