YUMMY POTATO DISH 
6-7 med. potatoes
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra cheese as garnish
Potato chips

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. (If desired, add bay leaves to water.) Peel and dice potatoes when cooled.

Put all ingredients together and place in greased 9x13 casserole dish. Garnish with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
