HARVEST POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, diced

Grease 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
