CHEESE BISCUIT 
1/2 lb. Old English cheese, grated
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Let cheese and butter soften and then blend together. Blend cheese mixture and dry ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls. Wrap in wax paper and chill or freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
