CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 3/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water, then cool
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together Jello mixture and add 12 oz. whipped cream. Top with your favorite pie filling or fruit.
