CHEESE RING SALAD 
3 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Campbell tomato soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shrimp, cut up
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. onion juice or olives

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Blend cheese and mayonnaise together. Heat soup almost to boiling point. Add dissolved Jello and pour over the cheese and mayonnaise mixture. When the mixture is chilled, put in the cut up shrimp. Add chives or onion juice. Mold. Garnish with mint or chives.
