LEMON LIZZIES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. butter (butter), can microwave butter

Combine ingredients until crumbly. Press into greased 13 x 9 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. real lemon juice or fresh lemon
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 or 1/2 grated lemon rind

While crust is cooking, beat ingredients until frothy. Pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar. Must cool completely before cutting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
