CRUST: 1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2-1 c. chopped nuts 1 stick real butter (can use butter) Mix the above ingredients together and spread in bottom of 9"x13"x2" glass dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool completely. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp. 1 c. powdered sugar 1 - 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (from a lg. tub) Mix together and spread over crust. Then mix 2 small packages of lemon instant pudding with 2 cups cold milk until thick. Pour over the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. You may use any flavor pudding you desire. Chocolate is wonderful! |
