1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan; press down. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. Maraschino cherries, cut up
