1 lb. fish fillets, catfish or other Lemon pepper seasoning Vegetable spray Corn meal Generously season with lemon pepper and spray both sides of fillets with vegetable spray. Roll the fillets in corn meal to coat. Place on an ungreased heavy cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. | |
