LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water or milk
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Put all ingredients together in bowl. Mix and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in 2 greased loaf pans. Can also be baked in Bundt pan.
