LEMON-POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 (18.25 oz.) box lemon supreme cake mix 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or lemon) 2 tbsp. poppy seed 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 1 c. hot water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves. |
