SWEET ROLLS 
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast

Place in mixing bowl and stir until dissolved.

1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk or water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, butter
Half of 7 1/2 c. flour

Mix with spoon until smooth, add enough remaining flour to handle easy. Turn onto floured board. Knead, let rise (85 degrees) until double. Divide dough, roll out, cover with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon. Roll up and cut. Place in greased pans. Let rise, bake in oven at 400 degrees until golden brown (25 minutes). Cool and frost if desired.
