1 lg. jar dried beef

Cut up dried beef into fine pieces and pour boiling water over it; drain. 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. chopped green olives 4 tbsp. horseradish 2 tbsp. softened butter

Mix all ingredients together; chill. Makes 5 small cheese balls.
