TACO SALAD 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. lettuce, shredded
2 c. corn chips
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 tomato, diced
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. slice ripe olives
Mexican style dressing
Taco sauce

Lightly brown ground beef in oil. Drain; season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients in salad bowl. Pour Mexican style dressing over salad; toss.

Mexican-style dressing: Combine 1/3 cup oil, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 to 2 tablespoons taco sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup teaspoon each salt and dry mustard.
