HEAVENLY HASH BROWNS | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns cubes, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Mix potatoes with first 7 ingredients. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix corn flakes with the 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 10 servings. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before cooking. |
