HEARTY BACON CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. macaroni, cooked, drained
1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and quartered
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine sour cream, cheese, salt and paprika in saucepan; stir in hot macaroni. Heat, covered, over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in bacon. Pour mixture into 10x6 inch baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly over top. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
